Franky Jug Shoes

Here is a good pick of the new shoes from JUG. I was told we would have them in this week but I haven’t heard anything. I think these are a prototype because they don’t have a strap. The Frankys do have a strap.

Sleep Apnea, I haz it. (UPDATE)

I just got diagnosed with sleep apnea and just got my cpap machine and the results in. Sleep apnea is where you stop breathing. Out of 200 mintues i was only getting 13 minutes in REM sleep. I stopped breathing 29 times in 1 hour with one stop lasting for 35 seconds. I cant even hold my breath that long. Also at one point my oxygen level dropped to 87%. Any way. I’m hoping sleeping with this mask on will improve my skating and overall relationships and life. I’ll let you know how my first night goes. And if you’re have been having trouble staying awake during the day, driving, concentrating, of foggy head ask your dr. about a sleep study. I’ll update in the morning

*Update:

I sleot terrible but I have been craving sleeping with the machine all day. Its defiantly weird, but I can tell its working. Also If I open my mouth I choke, Its weird.
