Arlo’s take on the state of skating.

I usually think Arlo’s rants on skating are crazy and I don’t always agree with him. This time its not the case. He has an awesome article up on his blog about people who try to ignore skating.

Trying to pretend that rollerblading doesn’t exist or that it isn’t a part of the action sports community is preposterous.

 

It is almost as preposterous as trying to say that skateboarding has more in common with MC Hammer than it does with inline skating.

Arlo and Joe have split Ways. Arlo too the Ghost and Knifes logo and started the company he has always wanted called GOST pronounced ghost. Joe Keeps the Franco name and the rest of the company.

This is big news in skating. I kind of think Joe kept the reigns on Arlo’s design to make sure they didn’t get to out of hand. Use the fire starter shirt as an example. Lots of people lost there homes and some people have died with the California fires over the last couple of years. Maybe (complete speculation here) that was to much for Joe.

Lets see what will happen.
